Asthma Treatment for Pregnant Women

Concerned pregnant women are worried about what medicine to take when they are sick. Like me, I had an asthma but I could not take any drugs for it because it is not allowed for the pregnant women to take just any drugs for asthma. As I have researched, the only way you can prevent asthma is to avoid the foods that are allergy such as chicken. Second is to maintain albuterol (Albuterol is a bronchodilator that relaxes muscles in the airways and increases air flow to the lungs.) It is important to keep Albuterol on hand at all times. Get your prescription refilled before you run out of medicine completely. Keep using all of your other medications as prescribed by your doctor.

Call your doctor right away if you feel that albuterol is not working as well as usual, or if it makes your condition worse. If it seems like you need to use more of any of your medications in a 24-hour period, talk with your doctor.

And Finally, don’t forget to take vitamins so that your asthma will be prevented.
