Because this is only my personal store, I have only limited stocks of Gold. Often times, there are schedules of when I can have an available so it is important if you read this policy.

Reservations

There are times that I have only limited stocks of Gold in any servers that is why in my store, reservations is important.

  1. Reservation of  Silkroad Gold will be scheduled.
  2. Contact me first if there is SRO Gold available before you make an order.
  3. I will notify you as soon as I receive your order.

Orders

  1. You may only order through using the SRO Shop’s Order Form. I don’t entertain reservations/orders via SMS, PMs, Email, etc. No Order Form, No Transaction.
  2. No return, no refund and no exchange policy.

Payments

  1. Silkroad Gold will only be sent to you upon receiving the full payment.
